The Presidency School of Information Science successfully organised the Inauguration & Orientation Programme – TechBridge 2026 for the incoming MCA, M.Tech. and M.Sc. Data Science students, marking the beginning of an exciting academic journey at Presidency University, Bengaluru.

The programme introduced students to the University's dynamic learning ecosystem, industry-oriented curriculum, research opportunities, professional certifications, internships and vibrant campus experience, all of which contribute to their holistic development.

We were privileged to welcome Mr Dinesh Khanna, Global Head, Zoho Corporation Pvt. Ltd., as the Chief Guest. In his inspiring address, he emphasised the importance of continuous learning, problem-solving and innovation, while highlighting the need to prepare for the ever-evolving technology landscape.

We were equally honoured to host Dr Chinmay Khole, Head – Product Management & Quality Excellence, Wipro Linecraft AI Pvt. Ltd., as the Guest of Honour. He shared valuable insights into emerging technologies, product excellence and the skills required to become future-ready professionals.

The programme also featured interactive sessions with University leadership and faculty members, covering academic regulations, curriculum structure, student support services, research opportunities, placement initiatives and campus facilities. These sessions helped students gain clarity and confidence while fostering a strong sense of belonging as they embarked on their postgraduate journey.
