We are thrilled to announce the stellar performance of our students from the Presidency School of Media Studies (PSOMS) at the recently concluded OnRec – Auteur National Media & Short Film Fest, hosted by the Department of Media Studies, Kristu Jayanti (Deemed to be University), Bangalore.

While we celebrate these podium finishes, we are equally proud of every member of our 12-student contingent – Shukhi, Nitin Pranav S, and Sanskriti Singh – whose spirited participation, determination, and representation of the Presidency legacy were truly commendable.

Presidency University Media Students Secure Podium Finish at MAHE Bengaluru’s Reflekta 2025
The School of Media Studies at Presidency University achieved a significant milestone as its first-semester students secured a podium finish at Reflekta 2025, the annual media festival hosted by Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Bengaluru.
The team - Mr Abhilash Jha, Mr Nitin Pranav S., and Mr Vishwanath Nagalapura - secured third position, competing against a highly talented pool of participants from various institutions. This achievement highlights the creative aptitude, dedication, and emerging professional skills of the students at an early stage of their academic journey.
Student Spotlight: Atulya Nair Wins ‘Best Performing Intern’ at Aster Healthcare
The School of Media Studies (PSOMS) at Presidency University is proud to celebrate the outstanding achievement of its student, Ms Atulya Nair.
During her recent internship at Aster DM Healthcare, Atulya demonstrated exceptional dedication, creativity, and professional excellence. Her consistent performance and commitment were formally recognised when she was awarded the ‘Best Performing Intern’, a distinction that reflects the high standards of talent, discipline, and work ethic nurtured within the BAJMC programme.
