Presidency University has a designated Grievance and Redressal Committee for students. Any student can approach the committee with their grievances. The committee will address the same and resolve it amicably.

In case the student wishes to give a written copy of the grievance, he/she may submit the same at the office to the Member Secretary of Students Grievance Redressal Committee.
The aggrieved student will get a communication of its decision from the Redressal Committee within 10 days (inclusive of holidays). In case the student is not satisfied with the decision of the Redressal Committee, the aggrieved student may send the grievance to the Ombudsman at the following address within next 6 days:

Presidency University has constituted a dedicated Employee Grievance and Redressal Committee (PUEGRC) to address and resolve grievances of employees in a fair, transparent, and time-bound manner.
Any employee of the University may approach the Committee with their grievance. All grievances received will be duly examined and addressed in a fair, transparent, and amicable manner.
