Was inaugurated at Presidency University, Bengaluru, on December 27, 2021, by his Excellency Ambassador Mr. Baushuan Ger, representative of TECC, in the presence of Mr. Ben Wang (Director-General, TECC Chennai).
Mr. Peters Chen (Assistant Representative & Director, Education Division, TECC in India), Ms. Susan Cheng (Director, TECC Chennai), and Ms. Jen Chun Tsai (Assai, TECC in India). Dr. Nissar Ahmed, Chancellor, Presidency University, Bengaluru, presided over the ceremony.
