The School of Allied Health Sciences at Presidency University has been established to cater to the growing need for a health workforce and to facilitate the needs of the ecosystem of health care which also includes assisting, facilitating and complementing the work of physicians and other health care specialists.

The curriculum of the school is well aligned with United Nation Sustainable development Goal (SDGs) ensuring that students are sensitized to global challenges such as sustainability, ethical practices and responsible innovation.

Any eligible student interested in applying for allied health sciences programmes at Presidency University shall apply online and complete the application, entrance test and registration process to secure admission for their interested programme.

Candidates seeking admission to first year Bachelor in Physiotherapy (B.PT) must have passed Senior Secondary (10+2) conducted by Pre-University Education boards/Coun cils/Intermediate examination established by State Government/Central Government with English, Physics, Chemistry & Biology (or Botany & Zoology) with 50% aggregate. Minimum Age Required: The candidate must have completed 17 years of age at the time of admission or shall complete 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission to the first year of the Undergraduate Allied and Healthcare course.
