Eligibility
Passed Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying examination, in relevant branch of Engineering and Technology as mentioned in the AICTE APH 2024-25.
Programme Overview
The main objective of the program is to train graduates with expertise in the science and technology of building construction, building systems and structures, materials technology, building services and maintenance, building control and automation, geo-technics and geo-systems, as well as building energy studies. This mixed-mode structure is tailor-made to assist candidates who aspire to further pursue a career in the vast field of construction or pursue research. The increasing importance placed on building construction technology has made the profession one of the fastest-growing fields in India.
