The main objective of the program is to train graduates with expertise in the science and technology of building construction, infrastructure, building systems and structures, materials technology, building services and maintenance, building control and automation, geo-technics and geo-systems, as well as building energy studies. This mixed-mode structure is tailor-made to assist candidates who aspire to further pursue a career in the vast field of construction or pursue research. The increasing importance placed on Building Construction Technology has made the profession one of the fastest-growing fields in India.

Eligibility

  • Examination Passed

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering [B.E/B.Tech]

  • University/Board

    Any Indian university or Foreign University recognized by UGC/AIU

    The candidate should also submit score details of any State/Central Entrance Examination/Presidency University admission qualifying examination for admission in M.E/M. TECH program.

  • Aggregate Marks

    50% of marks on the aggregate

    45% or candidates belonging to SC/ST and other Reserved Categories
