As part of the Deeksharambh 2026 orientation programme, the new batch of the School of Media Studies, Presidency University, participated in an engaging photo walk to Nandi Hills on Tuesday, 7 July 2026.

The activity encouraged students to learn beyond the classroom through observation, photography, framing, composition, and visual storytelling. Surrounded by the scenic beauty of Nandi Hills, they explored how every landscape, moment, expression, and frame can be transformed into a compelling visual narrative.

The photo walk provided students with hands-on experience in observing their surroundings, experimenting with camera angles, capturing details, and understanding the fundamentals of field-based visual documentation.
