As part of the Deeksharambh 2026 orientation programme held on Thursday, 2 July 2026, the new batch of the School of Media Studies embarked on an engaging photo walk along MG Road and Ulsoor Lake in Bengaluru.

The activity introduced students to the fundamentals of camera handling, framing, composition, observation, and street photography. From capturing the vibrant energy of MG Road to the tranquil beauty of Ulsoor Lake, students explored the city through their own creative perspectives.

The photo walk was not just about taking photographs; it was about learning to observe, interpret, and tell compelling visual stories.
