The School of Management conducted a two-day Career Readiness Program Workshop on 31st March–1st April 2026 at the Main Auditorium, Presidency University, Bengaluru, in association with the National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), Karnataka Chapter. Designed for MBA II Semester students (Sections 1–14), the workshop focused on LinkedIn branding, internship orientation, and understanding industry expectations. The event commenced with a welcome address by the Dean In-Charge, followed by engaging round table panel discussions featuring experienced HR professionals. Key themes included employability skills, corporate hiring practices, professional attitude, and the importance of adaptability and communication in the workplace. The interactive format enabled students to gain valuable real-world insights and directly engage with industry experts.

Across both days, technical sessions on LinkedIn branding and internship readiness provided practical guidance on building strong professional profiles, networking effectively, and preparing for workplace challenges. Students were introduced to strategies for enhancing digital presence, improving internship performance, and converting opportunities into long-term career prospects. The workshop witnessed enthusiastic participation and received highly positive feedback, with surveys indicating a marked improvement in students’ understanding of career preparation. Overall, the programme successfully enhanced students’ awareness of industry expectations and equipped them with essential tools for professional growth.
