The Workshop on Modular Furniture, led by Architect Fabio Azzolina, was conducted on the 24th, 25th, 26th, 28th of February and 2nd March, offering Space Design students a valuable opportunity to explore the principles of modularity through both conceptual understanding and hands-on experience. The sessions focused on how adaptable furniture systems can transform spatial design, encouraging students to think critically about flexibility, functionality, and innovation in contemporary interiors.

With the generous support of Ar. Rajesh, Managing Director of Kalathmak, and his team, students were provided access to resources and a welcoming environment that enabled a seamless transition from design drawings to real-world execution. The workshop fostered practical learning, collaboration, and craftsmanship, allowing participants to gain meaningful insights into the process of designing and realising modular furniture solutions.
