The cleanup activity was carried out along Adde Vishwanathapura Road, covering the stretch from the Government Primary School to Prestige Oasis. Volunteers collected and responsibly disposed of plastic waste and roadside litter, contributing to a cleaner and healthier environment.

A total of seven student volunteers from Presidency University actively participated in the initiative, including Mr Prabin Kumar Jena and Mr Mohammed Zabiullah from the School of Allied Health Sciences (SoAHS). The activity was conducted under the guidance of NSS Programme Co-ordinator Ms Renuka Bhagwat and Faculty Co-ordinators Dr Abdur Rahman (PT) and Dr Saji George.

The initiative received enthusiastic support from local villagers, who appreciated the volunteers’ efforts and offered fresh mangoes as a gesture of encouragement. Refreshments were subsequently provided to all participants.
