The NSS Cell of Presidency University successfully celebrated Children’s Day on 15 November 2025 at Dibbur Government School. The event was organised with the objective of bringing joy, excitement, and encouragement to young students through interactive and fun-filled games.

More than 30 enthusiastic students from the school actively participated in various games and activities. The celebration created a cheerful and lively atmosphere, allowing children to express themselves freely while also showcasing their talents.

A team of over 40 dedicated NSS volunteers coordinated the programme efficiently. They guided the students, ensured discipline, and managed the overall flow of activities smoothly. Their collective efforts played a crucial role in making the celebration memorable and impactful for the children.

The Children’s Day celebration strengthened the bond between NSS volunteers and the local community while promoting the values of care, compassion, and service. The smiles and happiness of the students truly reflected the success of the event.

In addition to fun and entertainment, the NSS volunteers contributed to the students’ learning by donating more than 40 books and pens to the school. These educational supplies were warmly received by the children and added significant value to the celebration. Special gifts were also presented to the winners and runners-up of the games, recognising their enthusiasm and encouraging active participation. The joy and excitement on their faces truly captured the spirit of the day.
