The SIX SIGMA Club at Presidency University, School of Management is a student-driven excellence initiative focused on Operations and Project Management students. In partnership with PMI - Project Management Institute, IPMA, i2P2M - Indian Institute of Product& Project Management, Institute of Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and 6SIGMA Certification Bodies, the club bridges classroom learning with global industry standards. The 6SIGMA Club aims to develop future-ready professionals who can lead operational excellence, deliver projects successfully, and drive continuous improvement in any industry.

Objectives:

• Quality & Process Excellence: Train students in Lean Six Sigma tools - DMAIC, Kaizen, and data-driven problem solving to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Project Management Competence: Build expertise aligned with PMI, IPMA, and i2P2M frameworks for planning, execution, risk, and stakeholder management.
• Supply Chain & Operations Edge: Provide exposure to logistics, supply chain optimization, and operations analytics through industry-led sessions.
• Certification Readiness: Enable students to pursue *6SIGMA Yellow/Green Belt, CAPM, PMP, CIPM, D Level certificate and other globally recognized certifications.
• Industry Connect & Impact: Organize workshops, case challenges, live projects, and mentorship with professionals to create Champions of Change for organizations.
