HACKEYE : CYBER SECURITY CLUB

HARVEST (Hybrid AI & Robotics for Vitality Enhancement & Sustainable Transformation), inaugurated on 10th November 2023 at Presidency University, is a student-driven club dedicated to transforming agriculture through the power of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics. The club empowers students to innovate, research, and deploy sustainable AgriTech solutions that improve productivity, efficiency, and environmental harmony. Since its inception, HARVEST has hosted a wide range of impactful events, beginning with its inauguration and a technical talk on the Relevance of AI and IoT in Agriculture. The club has since organized numerous expert sessions and webinars on emerging fields such as Generative AI, Responsible AI, Cloud Solutions in Agriculture, Reinforcement Learning, NLP applications, and Object Detection in Satellite Imagery. It has also conducted hands-on workshops like the peer-to-peer Python training, a 5-day Bridge Course on Generative AI, and an industrial visit to the University of Agricultural Sciences (GKVK) to give students practical exposure. The club’s key achievements include conducting a 10-day Faculty Development Program, facilitating student participation in the prestigious IIT Kanpur Summer Program, and successfully hosting a 24-hour National Level Hackathon that drew nationwide participation and recognition. HARVEST also organized the SheLeads Hackathon in March 2025, encouraging innovation and inclusivity in AI-driven solutions. Through these initiatives, HARVEST continues to provide students with hands-on skills, industry collaboration, and research opportunities, while also working to empower farmers with accessible technology. By combining innovation with sustainability, the club is building a generation of future-ready AgriTech leaders.
