International Conference on Intelligent Systems and Ambient Communication (ISAC 2026) aims to serve as a premier platform for researchers—particularly students, postgraduate scholars, PhD researchers, industry professionals, and postdoctoral scientists—to present and exchange the latest findings and innovations in fields such as Computer Science and Engineering, Information Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Robotics and Automation.

The conference will feature high-quality paper presentations and insightful keynote addresses by distinguished experts, highlighting cutting-edge advancements and state-of-the-art technologies relevant to the conference themes. Special emphasis will be placed on interdisciplinary research, addressing the growing importance and challenges it presents to the global research and academic community.

 

Expected Outcomes of the Conference:

  • To create a dynamic networking platform that brings together young researchers, faculty members, and domain experts to exchange ideas and solutions in the fields of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Cybersecurity, and Robotics.
  • To offer young researchers an opportunity to showcase their innovative and original work in areas such as Business Intelligence, Ambient Technologies, Communication Systems, and Emerging Technological Trends.
  • To foster meaningful discussions and collaborative networking across the various disciplines represented at the conference.

    The conference will center around five prominent and emerging domains: Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Ambient Technology, Communication, Business Intelligence, Security aspects and Emerging Technology Trends. It aims to provide a collaborative platform for industrial professionals, research scholars, and research organizations—particularly those engaged in the fields of Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering (EE), and Management.
  • Through in-depth and constructive discussions, the conference seeks to bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical applications, ensuring more impactful and realistic outcomes.

Submission Guidelines

Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this conference. Full-length original research contributions and review articles  12-15+ pages as per springer single column format shall be uploaded for Springer ISAC 2026 via the Microsoft CMT online submission system.

Author Guidelines

Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this conference. Full-length original research contributions and review articles 12-15+ pages as per springer single column format shall be uploaded for Springer ISAC 2026 via the Microsoft CMT online submission system. 

Originality and Plagiarism

All papers submitted to International Conference on Intelligent Systems and Ambient Communication (ISAC 2026) must be original and not currently under consideration by another journal or conference. The conference follows a strict anti-plagiarism policy. All submissions will be screened using iThenticate (or similar software) to verify originality. Any paper found to have a high similarity index or containing plagiarism greater than 10% will be rejected immediately without review. 

Use of AI and LLMs

In accordance with Springer Nature’s policy, authors who use Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools (such as ChatGPT) in the writing of a manuscript or the production of images/graphical elements must:

  • Disclose the use of AI in the Acknowledgements section or a dedicated Methods section.
  • Be aware that AI tools cannot be listed as an author.
  • Remain fully responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the content generated by AI.

Ethical Standards

Authors must ensure that their research adheres to international ethical standards. This includes:

  • Appropriate citation of all previous work.
  • Proper acknowledgement of all contributing authors.
  • Obtaining necessary permissions for any copyrighted material used within the paper.
  • Strict adherence to Springer’s Code of Conduct and publishing ethics.

Copyright and License to Publish:

Once a paper is accepted, authors must submit a signed Springer Nature License to Publish form. This is a mandatory requirement for the inclusion of the paper in the proceedings.

  • Corresponding Author: One author must be designated as the Corresponding Author. They will sign the form on behalf of all co-authors.
  • Form Submission: The signed form must be uploaded along with the final "camera-ready" files (source files and PDF) through the submission portal.
  • Digital Signatures: Hand-written signatures or formal electronic signatures (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign) are generally required.
  • Open Access: By default, papers are published under a standard license. If your institution requires Open Access, please notify the organizing committee immediately, as additional fees and different forms (CC-BY) will apply.

Your submission should contain the following:

  • Paper Title Name, Institute affiliation, Mailing address, and Email address for all authors.
  • Abstract
  • Key Words
  • Conference Topic
  • Introduction
  • Body of paper
  • Tables, figures, etc. in their proper position in the paper (if applicable)
  • Conclusion
  • References (Please verify that your paper adheres to the citation quality check: Total self-citations must be less than 15–20%. Papers with disproportionate self-referencing will be returned for revision prior to peer review.)

Review Policy

ISAC 2026 will not accept any paper which, at the time of submission, is under reviewing, is accepted for publication, or has already been published in another conference or journal. Each submission will undergo a double-blind peer review by at least three TPC members" to demonstrate high academic rigor. Authors are also expected not to submit their papers elsewhere during the reviewing period. Submitted papers are expected to contain original work executed by the authors with adequate, proper and scholarly citations to the work of others. It is the job of the authors to clearly identify both their own contribution(s) and also published results / techniques on which they depend or build.

 

Reviewing Process

Confirmation and paper id for submission will be sent via email within 1-2 working days. If you cannot receive a confirmation more than 3 days, please contact: ISAAC2026@presidencyuniversity.in. A preliminary selection

process will take about 10-15 days after your submission, at which point you will be notified by email whether it was selected. Then after peer review process, initial acceptance/rejection will be distributed about 20-25 days after your submission. Please complete registration only after you receive the notification of acceptance. You should follow the steps in the notification for a successful registration.
