Ms. Sameena Noor Ahmed Panali’s well-rounded experience in corporate, academics, administration, non-profit and governance has helped her transform into an ingenious leader with a judicious mix of youthful innovation and mature reflection.

She began her career in academia in 2011. After a successful tenure as an Assistant Professor, she was appointed as the Head of HR with the Presidency Group of Institutions in 2017. She is a systems person with a keen eye on improving employee productivity and has introduced several initiatives to streamline operations, communication systems, optimization of human capital and the effective implementation of strategic policies. As Head of HR, Presidency University, since 2020, she has designed and implemented crucial policies to cater to the dynamics of higher education and needs of a Private University. She then officiated as Associate Director, Office of the Chancellor where she developed holistic functioning directives to the key stakeholders and their offices to ensure smooth functioning of the University.

Ms. Sameena Noor Ahmed Panali was appointed as the Registrar of Presidency University from February 2023. She aims to create a cohesive environment for the various Offices of the University to function effectively.
