Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this conference. Full-length original research contributions and review articles 12-15+ pages as per springer single column format shall be uploaded for Springer ISAC 2026 via the Microsoft CMT online submission system.
Originality and Plagiarism
All papers submitted to International Conference on Intelligent Systems and Ambient Communication (ISAC 2026) must be original and not currently under consideration by another journal or conference. The conference follows a strict anti-plagiarism policy. All submissions will be screened using iThenticate (or similar software) to verify originality. Any paper found to have a high similarity index or containing plagiarism greater than 10% will be rejected immediately without review.
Use of AI and LLMs
In accordance with Springer Nature’s policy, authors who use Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools (such as ChatGPT) in the writing of a manuscript or the production of images/graphical elements must:
- Disclose the use of AI in the Acknowledgements section or a dedicated Methods section.
- Be aware that AI tools cannot be listed as an author.
- Remain fully responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the content generated by AI.
Ethical Standards
Authors must ensure that their research adheres to international ethical standards. This includes:
- Appropriate citation of all previous work.
- Proper acknowledgement of all contributing authors.
- Obtaining necessary permissions for any copyrighted material used within the paper.
- Strict adherence to Springer’s Code of Conduct and publishing ethics.
Copyright and License to Publish:
Once a paper is accepted, authors must submit a signed Springer Nature License to Publish form. This is a mandatory requirement for the inclusion of the paper in the proceedings.
- Corresponding Author: One author must be designated as the Corresponding Author. They will sign the form on behalf of all co-authors.
- Form Submission: The signed form must be uploaded along with the final "camera-ready" files (source files and PDF) through the submission portal.
- Digital Signatures: Hand-written signatures or formal electronic signatures (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign) are generally required.
- Open Access: By default, papers are published under a standard license. If your institution requires Open Access, please notify the organizing committee immediately, as additional fees and different forms (CC-BY) will apply.

Review Policy
ISAC 2026 will not accept any paper which, at the time of submission, is under reviewing, is accepted for publication, or has already been published in another conference or journal. Each submission will undergo a double-blind peer review by at least three TPC members" to demonstrate high academic rigor. Authors are also expected not to submit their papers elsewhere during the reviewing period. Submitted papers are expected to contain original work executed by the authors with adequate, proper and scholarly citations to the work of others. It is the job of the authors to clearly identify both their own contribution(s) and also published results / techniques on which they depend or build.
Reviewing Process
Confirmation and paper id for submission will be sent via email within 1-2 working days. If you cannot receive a confirmation more than 3 days, please contact: ISAAC2026@presidencyuniversity.in. A preliminary selection
process will take about 10-15 days after your submission, at which point you will be notified by email whether it was selected. Then after peer review process, initial acceptance/rejection will be distributed about 20-25 days after your submission. Please complete registration only after you receive the notification of acceptance. You should follow the steps in the notification for a successful registration.
