World Mental Health Day: Lived Experiences Heard, Real Voices, Real Change

13-October-2026

The Presidency School of Liberal Arts and Sciences (PSOLAS), Presidency University, is observing World Mental Health Day with the theme “Lived Experiences Heard: Real Voices, Real Change.”

The initiative seeks to create an inclusive space for conversations around mental health, encouraging members of the university community to listen to lived experiences, share perspectives, and contribute towards greater awareness, empathy, and understanding. By bringing real voices to the forefront, the programme aims to emphasise the importance of acknowledging diverse experiences and fostering a supportive campus environment.

The observance will be held across two days:

13 October 2026
Venue: D Block Corridor
Time: 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM

14 October 2026
Venue: Canopy
Time: 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Students, faculty members, and staff are invited to participate and join PSOLAS in promoting meaningful conversations on mental health and well-being.
