About the Event

 

The IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) Affinity Group at Presidency University presents “Women Who Lead: Voices of Strength, Service, and Science” — a flagship leadership conclave dedicated to celebrating and strengthening women in leadership roles across disciplines.

 

Designed for women faculty members and professionals across the University, this one-day event provides a platform for dialogue, reflection, and inspiration through real-world leadership experiences. The program brings together accomplished women leaders from public service, healthcare, academia, and university administration to share their journeys of resilience, service, and transformative leadership.

 

The event aligns with Presidency University’s institutional leadership vision, NAAC quality benchmarks, and IEEE WIE’s global mission to empower women professionals in technical and academic spaces.
