Two-Day Certificate Course organised by the Corporate Law Committee

The Corporate Law Committee of Presidency School of Law successfully organised a two-day certificate course on "Decoding Deal-Making: A Practical Approach to PE & VC Transactions" on February 17-18, 2025. The event was graced by the presence of (Prof.) Dr. Saroj Sharma, Dean, School of Law, whose continuous support and guidance played a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the workshop.



The expert speaker, Mr. Ritum Kumar, a specialist in PE, VC, and M&A transactions, provided participants with in-depth insights into private equity and venture capital transactions. The course covered advanced deal-making techniques, regulatory frameworks, and strategic negotiation strategies. The two-day course fostered an engaging learning environment, equipping participants with practical knowledge and industry insights.



Led by esteemed faculty coordinators, Assistant Professors Ms. Gargi Singh and Mr. Aditya Baheti, the workshop successfully bridged the gap between theoretical understanding and real-world application.
