Presidency School of Commerce successfully hosted an engaging roundtable discussion on the theme “The Change Dilemma: Unlearning, Relearning, and Leading Transformation in Academia” on September 17, 2025.

The session was moderated by Prof. Baktha Sabari Rajan V. and convened by Dr. Saba Inamdar. The discussion featured distinguished faculty panellists Dr. Nandini Sinha, PSOM; Dr. Hemanth Kumar V., PSOC; Dr. Prashant S. Desai, PSOL; Dr. Neha Bharti, PSOMS; and Dr. Soham Mukherjee, PSOLAS.

With active participation from 50+ attendees, the session created a vibrant forum for dialogue and collaboration. The event included thought-provoking discussions on resistance to change, generational learning, and embracing innovation in academia.
