The workshop, “The Art of Unmute: Speak • Connect • Influence”, was conducted by the Department of Learning and Development at Presidency University on 25 March 2026. The session, led by Ms Nirmal Kaur and Ms Shaimina C., focused on enhancing students’ communication effectiveness by equipping them with practical tools to express ideas confidently, build connections, and influence conversations.
