The inaugural TEDx talks at Presidency University on December 2, 2024, were a resounding success. Featuring India’s leading business coach, Mr. Rajiv Talreja, and the owners of Rameshwaram Cafe, Divya & Raghavendra Rao, the speakers were warmly welcomed by Dr. Sameena Noor Ahmed Panali, Registrar, along with Dr. Anu Sukhdev, Professor and Dean, Student Affairs; and Ms. Aditi Avasthi, Head, Corporate Communications, Media & PR and Mr. Sameet Joshi, Head, ISR & Alumni.

Mr. Talreja emphasized embracing an “And” life over an “Or” life, encouraging the audience to break free from limiting beliefs and embrace imperfection. Raghavendra Rao shared his inspiring journey from aspiring actor to food entrepreneur, while Divya Rao highlighted focus, perseverance, and her path to becoming a Chartered Accountant.

Engaging Q&A sessions provided students and budding entrepreneurs with valuable insights on leadership, crisis management, wealth management, and team building, making the event a memorable experience. In her vote of thanks, Dr. Nafeesa Ahmed, Director of the Presidency Group of Institutions, expressed gratitude to the speakers for accepting the invitation, sharing their journeys, and inspiring the student community.
