Presidency University celebrated this year's Teachers' Day with great enthusiasm and heartfelt tributes to its faculty members. The celebrations commenced with the lighting of the lamp, a welcome dance, followed by welcome speeches by Dr. S.J. Thiruvengadam, Vice Chancellor, and Dr. Sameena Noor Ahmed Panali, Registrar, who highlighted the significance of a teacher's role in a student's life.

The day was then followed by vibrant cultural performances by the students dedicated to their beloved teachers and fun engaging activities for the faculty. The event also included prize distribution to the winners of the faculty sports day, which was held in August.

The Teachers' Day celebrations were successfully coordinated by the Department of Student Affairs, led by Dr. Anu Sukhdev, Dean of Student Affairs.
