MarkQuest’s Knowledge Series session, “Art or Algorithm? – Intuition-Driven vs Process-Driven Software Sales,” brought together students and aspiring marketers to explore what truly drives successful software sales—creative intuition, a structured process, or a balance of both.
The session was led by Mr Koppada Kiran, Founder and CEO of Grahtek Solutions, who also serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at Presidency School of Management, specialising in Analytics and bringing extensive industry experience. Participants gained practical insights into aligning sales strategies with customer journeys, building repeatable sales systems, and making smarter data-driven decisions while retaining human judgement.
