The MBA students of the School of Management had the opportunity to attend an engaging guest lecture on “Talent Acquisition: Building the Workforce That Drives Business Success” delivered by Mr Vinayak Sattigeri, Global Talent Acquisition Specialist, GHX India, on 4 June 2026.

 

The session explored how organisations attract, assess and retain top talent in today’s competitive business environment. Students gained valuable insights into AI-powered recruitment, employer branding, sourcing strategies, applicant tracking systems and emerging trends shaping the future of talent acquisition.

 

The interactive discussion provided a practical understanding of modern HR practices and highlighted the growing importance of strategic talent management in organisational success.
