The School of Management (SOM) is organising a Five-Day Faculty Development Programme (Virtual Mode) on “Creating Happy, Healthy, and High-Performing Workplaces” from 27th to 31st July 2026.

 

In today’s dynamic work environment, employee well-being, engagement, and workplace happiness have emerged as critical determinants of organisational success. Educational institutions and organisations increasingly recognise that a happy and healthy workforce contributes significantly to productivity, innovation, retention, and sustainable growth.

 

The proposed Faculty Development Programme aims to equip faculty members, researchers, academic leaders, and professionals with contemporary knowledge and practical strategies for creating positive, resilient, and high-performing workplaces.
