The Presidency School of Liberal Arts and Sciences (SOLAS) is delighted to welcome the incoming BA and B.Sc. Psychology cohort through Aurora 2026, an Inaugural, Orientation and Academic Bridge Programme scheduled from 18 June to 6 July 2026. Designed to support students as they transition into university life, the programme combines orientation sessions, academic familiarisation and skill-building activities that introduce learners to the vibrant academic ecosystem at Presidency University.

 

Over three weeks, participants will engage in a perse range of sessions covering curriculum understanding, mentoring, student support services, career development, wellbeing, international opportunities and co-curricular engagement, alongside bridge courses in psychology, languages, media literacy, positive psychology, theatre, mental health and the arts. Aurora 2026 aims to foster confidence, curiosity and a strong sense of belonging, ensuring that students begin their academic journey with the knowledge, skills and connections needed for a successful university experience.
