The Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Committee at the Presidency School of Law (PSOL) is hosting a two-day Mediation Training Workshop on 14th and 15th October 2026. The event will commence at 10:00 AM in Seminar Hall 2, E Block, Presidency University, offering participants an engaging platform to develop practical conflict resolution skills.

The workshop features interactive sessions led by prominent legal and dispute resolution experts. Session 1 will be conducted by Adv. Prasad Subanna, Advocate and Senior Mediator, followed by Session 2 with Adv. Menna Pershad Waghray, Founder of Outofcourt.in, Private Mediator (International), and Advocate. Session 3 will be delivered by Adv. Akshetha Ashok, Co-Founder of SAMA.

Organised under the guidance of Dean Prof. Dr. Saroj Sharma as Chairperson, the event is coordinated by faculty members Dr. Mohd Salim Khan, Dr. A. Mohd Samiulla, and Ms. Komal Agarwal.
