As part of Deeksharambh 2026, Presidency School of Law organised an educational visit to the High Court of Karnataka for its first-year law students. The visit was designed to provide practical exposure to the functioning of the judiciary and enrich students' understanding of the legal system beyond the classroom.

 

During the visit, students had the opportunity to observe court proceedings, gain insights into courtroom practices, and understand the role of the judiciary in upholding the rule of law and constitutional values. The experience offered valuable first-hand exposure to the practical aspects of the legal profession, complementing their academic learning.

 

Such experiential learning initiatives bridge the gap between classroom instruction and real-world legal practice, enabling students to develop a deeper appreciation of the justice delivery system from the very beginning of their legal journey.
