SOL Hosts Boardroom Negotiation and Governance Simulation Competition
The “Boardroom Negotiation and Governance Simulation Competition”, organised by the School of Law, Presidency University, was conducted on 23 and 24 March 2026. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from undergraduate law students interested in corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory practice, who demonstrated strong analytical ability, negotiation skills, and strategic decision-making.
The competition was conducted over two days. Day 1 consisted of boardroom simulation rounds evaluated by eminent experts, including Ms Muskan Ajitsaria, CS Rajeswari J Pai, and CS Ratnamala Hegde. The top four teams qualified for Day 2, which featured an NCLT Tribunal Simulation judged by Mr Kannan Srinivas and Shri Ravi Raman.
The valedictory ceremony was graced by the Honourable Dean, Ms Saroj Sharma, who appreciated the participants and the organising committee for successfully conducting the event. The competition concluded with a prize distribution ceremony recognising the outstanding performances of the teams.
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to the winners and runners-up for their exceptional performance. Their strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and understanding of corporate governance contributed to the success of the competition. We also appreciate all participants for their enthusiastic involvement, which made the event meaningful and memorable.
