The Presidency School of Law is pleased to announce an upcoming guest lecture on the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, titled “Insolvency 101: A Beginner-Friendly Primer on Insolvency Law.” This session is designed to provide students and participants with a clear and accessible introduction to the fundamentals of insolvency law.

 

The lecture will be delivered by Mr Narasimha Prasad G.S, Managing Director of the Insolvency Professional Agency of the Institute of Cost Management Accountants of India (IPA–ICMAI). With his extensive experience and expertise in insolvency practice, the session promises to offer valuable insights into both the legal framework and its practical applications.
