Students from the School of Information Science (SOIS), specifically 6BCA AI & ML, were taken on an industrial visit to KSNDMC on 17 March 2026 to gain insights into disaster management. The visit focused on understanding how disasters are predicted and the measures implemented to safeguard society.

Prof. Satheesh Kumar and Prof. Keren L. Daniel accompanied the students during the visit. The experience was highly meaningful and provided valuable practical exposure to real-world applications in disaster management.
