The School of Design organised an educational visit to the Indian Music Experience Centre, India's first interactive music museum, for Space Design students. Coordinated by Ar. D. Aditya and Mr Shazaman, the visit provided students with an enriching and immersive learning experience, offering valuable insights into the design and planning of museums and exploratory spaces.

During the visit, students explored various aspects of spatial planning, acoustics, lighting, building services, ergonomics and experiential design. They observed how different design elements are integrated to create engaging, interactive and meaningful environments that enhance the visitor experience.

The visit enabled students to understand the practical application of spatial design principles in a real-world setting, helping them connect classroom learning with the design considerations involved in developing immersive public spaces.
