Presidency School of Management organised a session on “The Future of Work, Workplace and Workforce” on November 1, 2025. The session was led by Captain Dr. Pranav Prasoon Thakur, Chief People Officer at TruKKer.

Cpt. Thakur stressed the importance of future readiness, noting that adaptability, continuous learning, collaboration, and emotional intelligence will be just as critical as technical skills. He urged students to cultivate a strong learning mindset and embrace change with confidence.

He spoke candidly about the politics and rejection people often face in everyday life and explained how such experiences, though demotivating, can build resilience. His examples from leading diverse teams offered students valuable guidance on staying focused and overcoming setbacks.

The session inspired students to be better prepared for the evolving world of work.
