The MoU signing ceremony was held in the presence of Dr Sameena (Registrar), Dr Thiruvengadam (Vice Chancellor), Dr Sivaperumal S (Pro Vice Chancellor), Dr Duraipandian N (Dean – PSCS), Heads of PSCS Core departments, and Mr V Chandrasekar, Managing Director of Robonetics Automation Solutions LLP.

 

Objective of the MoU

 

The MoU between Robonetics Automation Solutions LLP, Chennai, and the School of Computer Science and Engineering, Presidency University, Bengaluru, aims to strengthen industry–academia collaboration in emerging technologies such as robotics, automation, artificial intelligence, and embedded systems. The key objectives include:

• Integrating industry-relevant technologies and tools into the academic curriculum
• Providing internships and industrial training for students in robotics and automation domains
• Conducting workshops, training programmes, and certification courses jointly
• Enabling students to work on real-time industry projects and problem statements
• Organising guest lectures and expert sessions by industry professionals
• Promoting collaborative research, innovation, and technology development
• Enhancing placement and career opportunities for students

Outcomes of the MoU

 

The collaboration is expected to result in:
