As part of Orientation Week, the School of Allied Health Professions (SoAHP), Presidency University, in collaboration with the Institutional Social Responsibility (ISR) Cell and Anand Abhigyan Hospital, organised a Hospital Orientation Visit for approximately 150 first-year Allied & Healthcare Profession students, divided into three batches, on 8 September 2026.

The visit provided students with an opportunity to experience a professional healthcare environment and gain exposure to hospital services and operations, patient care, professional etiquette, communication, and teamwork.

The visit aimed to familiarise students with the professional healthcare environment that they will become a part of after graduation. It also served as an important step towards bridging the gap between classroom learning and practical application.
