Event Overview
Presidency School of Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Computing (PSAIAC), Presidency University, successfully hosted the HR Summit – Skills for the Future 2030 on 25 September 2026. The summit brought together senior HR and industry leaders from more than 10 leading organisations to facilitate meaningful dialogue between academia and industry and explore the evolving skills and competencies required for the workforce of 2030.
The summit focused on building a future-ready talent pool by understanding emerging industry requirements, evolving job roles, technology-driven workforce transformation, and opportunities for stronger industry–academia collaboration.
