The Professional Communication Skills Workshop, titled Professional Pantheon – A Workshop on Mastering Professional Communication, was organised by the Jinseki Club, School of Commerce, with the objective of enhancing students’ professional etiquette, workplace behaviour, and communication competencies. The session was conducted by Ms Shaimina, Soft Skills Trainer – Learning and Development, and focused on equipping students with the essential skills required for academic excellence and professional readiness.

Adopting an interactive and experiential approach, the workshop introduced practical communication strategies and the PREP framework (Point–Reason–Example–Point) to help students deliver structured and impactful responses. Through engaging activities, discussions, and real-life workplace scenarios, participants developed confidence in communication, improved presentation skills, and gained valuable insights into professional conduct, thereby strengthening their overall career preparedness.
