On the occasion of NSS Day, Presidency University, in collaboration with the Lion Club Blood Bank and Sanjay and Rajiv Gandhi blood banks, successfully organized a blood donation camp on the university campus on September 24, 2024. 112 volunteers and representatives from two prestigious blood banks attended the event with great enthusiasm. A total of 2000 students and 35 teaching and non-teaching staff members participated in the incredible feat of collecting 913 units of blood.

This remarkable accomplishment highlights the community's commitment to supporting a vital cause by ensuring a consistent supply of blood for those in need while celebrating the spirit of charity and camaraderie. The collaboration between Presidency University and the Lion Club Blood Bank exemplifies the positive impact that joint efforts can have in addressing the critical demand for blood donations.
