The Learning & Development Team, Presidency University, organized a workshop on "Placement Readiness" on October 27, 2023. The workshop focused on providing guidance for students to ace the interviews, creating a positive impression on the potential employer, and understanding the importance of internships.

The workshop included several breakout sessions on pertinent topics such as the recruitment process, drafting resumes in both digital and document formats, personal interviews (STAR Technique), and LinkedIn networking as well. Students got the opportunity to get hands-on training on how to improve their job search skills.
