Presidency University’s School of Design has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Mellow Academy on 30 January 2026 at the Presidency University campus, Bengaluru, marking the beginning of a strategic industry–academia collaboration. The MoU was formally signed by Hon. Vice-Chancellor Dr. S. J. Thiruvengadam and Mr. Rohit Dhongade, Founder of Mellow Academy, in the presence of university leadership and faculty. The event highlighted the growing relevance of design and design thinking in an AI-driven world, with discussions around innovation, research, application, and talent development. Vortex, a flagship initiative by Mellow Academy, was acknowledged for providing students with valuable exposure through portfolio and CV-building workshops, reinforcing shared goals for future joint events and projects.
