Mindware Session Empowers Students with Modern Professional Skills
Presidency School of Computer Science and Engineering organised a session “Mindware – Upgrading the Human OS” on October 29, 2025. The session aimed to empower students to understand the importance of self-awareness, communication, and adaptability in the professional world.
The session was led by an eminent academician, Dr. R. Shobha, Professor and Chairperson, Department of Sanskrit; Director, School of Languages and Literature, Maharani Cluster University, Bangalore.
Dr. Shobha shared valuable insights on upgrading one’s mindset and emotional intelligence to meet modern industry expectations. Students also gained an understanding of industry expectations, teamwork, and professional ethics, helping them align their academic learning with real-world demands. The session was highly interactive, featuring group activities, thought-provoking games, and reflective discussions that encouraged active participation from students. The event concluded with an open Q&A session, allowing students to seek guidance on personal and professional growth.
Overall, the event successfully provided participants with practical techniques to improve their confidence, interpersonal skills, and positive thinking.
