The Presidency School of Law organized a Legal Literacy Program on the "Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015" at the Devanahalli Juvenile Observation Home on September 28, 2024. Advocate Madhusudan, Panel Advocate of Taluk Legal Services, shared valuable insights on juvenile rights and rehabilitative measures.

A Q&A session with the 15 inmates and staff members followed, where law students clarified legal matters and raised awareness about the Act. At the end of the program, participants expressed immense appreciation for the knowledge shared, which enhanced their understanding of the law and their rights. This initiative reflects the School of Law's commitment to legal awareness and juvenile rehabilitation.
