The Presidency School of Liberal Arts and Sciences (PSOLAS), Presidency University, is organising the Womenovator Community Leadership Programme, featuring a session titled “Leadership in Action: Building Ideas and Opportunities” on 23 September 2026 at 2:30 PM in Room RF04.

 

The session will be led by Ms. Tripti Shinghal Somani, Founder, Womenovator, an entrepreneur, strategist, mentor, speaker and investor, along with Mr. Bipul Kanhaiya, Director – Partnerships & Growth, Womenovator, Startup Mentor and Jury Member for IIT Bombay’s Eureka! Program and Mentor of Change with the Atal Innovation Mission.

 

The initiative aims to provide students with practical exposure to leadership, entrepreneurship, communication, industry mentorship and professional networking. Through interaction with experienced mentors, students will gain insights into developing ideas, identifying opportunities, building professional networks and strengthening competencies relevant to their future careers.

 

Key benefits of the program include opportunities for portfolio development for employment and higher studies, leadership and event-management experience, communication skills, industry mentorship and networking. Participants who successfully complete the program will also receive a certificate.
