L&D Launches Career Blueprint 360° for Commerce Students

25-April-2026

Career Blueprint 360° is an upcoming one-day intensive intervention designed to enhance career readiness through a personalised and evidence-based approach. Grounded in psychometric assessment data, the programme is scheduled for Semester 2 students of the School of Commerce and is being organised by the Department of Learning and Development. The workshop will combine psychological interventions, structured career mapping, AI-enabled tools, interview performance strategies, and executive communication to provide a holistic framework for professional growth.

Delivered through experiential pedagogies such as simulations, case analyses, and role plays, the initiative aims to systematically build critical competencies in participants. By integrating practical learning with strategic insights, the programme ensures that students are progressively equipped to navigate competitive recruitment processes. By the time they reach their final semester, participants are expected to be strategically prepared and demonstrably capable of excelling in high-stakes interview environments.
