Grounded in psychometric assessment data, the programme is scheduled for Semester 2 students of the School of Commerce and is being organised by the Department of Learning and Development. The workshop will combine psychological interventions, structured career mapping, AI-enabled tools, interview performance strategies, and executive communication to provide a holistic framework for professional growth.

Delivered through experiential pedagogies such as simulations, case analyses, and role plays, the initiative aims to systematically build critical competencies in participants.
