25-April-2026

The Department of Learning and Development successfully conducted “Career Blueprint 360° – Crafting Your Career Path from Semester 2”, a focused boot camp for II Semester School of Commerce and BBA students on 25 April 2026. The 4.5-hour session offered an experiential learning journey through a blend of psychology-based assessments, self-awareness activities, career exploration exercises, and problem-solving interventions.

Key activities included the PSI Personality Type Indicator assessment, the Johari Window activity, career path exploration, skill gap identification, and interactive team-based exercises designed to enhance confidence, communication, and career readiness. The session was facilitated by Mr Saravanapandian P and Mr Naveen Selvaraj, who provided personalised guidance to help students align their strengths, personality traits, and career aspirations.

The boot camp created an engaging platform for students to gain clarity on their future career paths through practical and reflective learning experiences.
