23-May-2026

The Department of Learning & Development, Presidency University, successfully conducted Career Architect I, a strategic bootcamp series designed exclusively for second-semester MCA students on 23 May 2026.

Developed using PSI and RSI psychometric insights, the programme was designed to strengthen professional readiness, leadership orientation, workplace adaptability and behavioural effectiveness through experiential learning methodologies.

The bootcamp featured three specialised developmental clusters, each carefully structured to enhance critical thinking, communication effectiveness, decision-making, collaboration, emotional intelligence, strategic thinking and execution excellence. Through simulation-based activities, collaborative challenges, communication exercises and immersive learning experiences, students engaged in high-impact environments that reflected real-world workplace expectations.

The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation and strong engagement throughout the sessions. Feedback analysis indicated a highly positive response to the experiential and hands-on learning approach adopted during the bootcamp. The event achieved an overall satisfaction rating of 4.39 out of 5, while the average recommendation score stood at 8.07 out of 10.

Furthermore, 92% of participants reported that the programme met or exceeded their expectations, underscoring the effectiveness of the cluster-based experiential learning model.

Aligned with Presidency University’s commitment to developing future-ready professionals, Career Architect I established a strong foundation for subsequent developmental interventions aimed at nurturing confident, resilient, collaborative and career-ready graduates equipped to lead with purpose, adaptability and impact.
