The ISR Cell, in collaboration with the School of Management, hosted an inspiring talk titled “Diverse Threads” by Ms. Dhanya Ravi, India's Locomotor Disability Ambassador. Her powerful presentation, “Shatter the Ceilings, Break the Bias,” highlights the critical role of diversity and inclusion in fostering student success and creating a sense of belonging. 

Through personal stories and compelling data, Dhanya highlighted the challenges faced by people with disabilities and the urgent need for accessible infrastructure, inclusive narratives, and cultural sensitivity on campuses. She concluded by emphasizing that education should be reimagined as a space of belonging for all, reminding us that inclusion is a matter of justice, not charity.
