Presidency School of Media Studies successfully hosted an Inter-Departmental Mock Press on November 17, 2025. The event brought together student representatives from the Schools of Commerce, Design, Management, Liberal Arts & Sciences, and Media Studies.

Centred on the theme “The Impact of AI in Academia and Education”, the conference created a dynamic platform for students to share their perspectives and critically examine how artificial intelligence is transforming their respective disciplines.

Each school was represented by a speaker and a reporter who posed thoughtful and intriguing questions, which led to insightful, domain-specific responses from the speakers. The conference concluded with an interactive session with the audience.

This interactive event encouraged meaningful dialogue between students, critical thinking, and cross-disciplinary exchange on one of the most important topics of our time.

The event was coordinated by Dr. Neha Bharti along with the final-year students of BAJMC.
